Firenze

Our Firenze - a hanging lamp in a mix of patina and high gloss! "Firenze" was a therapeutic heating lamp in the 50's that was used to treat colds and inflammation of the frontal sinuses and has helped many users to recover. We found this therapeutic relic in a barn in Rheinhessen and lived a sad existence. Without further ado, we decided to keep this piece of medical history and turned it into a beautiful hanging lamp. They would add an absolute highlight to any kitchen or dining room. The state of preservation was so good that we didn't change anything except convert it into a lamp. We find it particularly cool that we have now reused the original heating element as a decorative element and given the lamp a crown, which gives the lamp a wonderful visual highlight. Furthermore, we were able to incorporate the original lettering into the overall concept.
